Clown Corp LLC is overjoyed to present their award-winning show BUSINESS DOING PLEASURE WITH YOU for a limited engagement at Windmill Arts. Business clowns Gingham, Wensley, and Argyle are at their all-time best in this office-based romp, investigating sex, violence, and workplace safety hazards in the strange and wonderful world of Clown Corp. Join us December 18th-21st to unionize this vaguely midcentury office block and maybe fall in love. Will the clowns achieve their dream threesome, or will their boss come out on top? So to speak?
Who We Are:
Celebrating its third birthday this year, Clown Corp LLC is a decades-old corporation specializing in business, clowns, and business clowns. Its founding (and only) members are Julia Byrne, Nathan Ray, Tommy Sullivan-Lovett, and Yankl “Jake” Krakovsky, all alumni of Emory University and all on a perpetual quest together to create a theater practice that glorifies sex, violence, and laughter. Their debut show was awarded Audience Choice in Atlanta Fringe’s 2022 festival, and since then they have devised one new clown show a year, including fundraising show Bustin' Hard or Hardly Bustin' for Atlanta Fringe's "5/Fifths of Ghostbusters" and The Red Nose of Courage through Emory University's alumni workshop series. 2025 is their first year as resident artists at Windmill Arts, and Business Doing Pleasure With You is the result of this incredibly fruitful year.
